Daniel Woodrow

Daniel Woodrow is a Canadian stand-up comedian from Toronto, Ontario. He is most noted as part of the ensemble that received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Performance in a Variety or Sketch Comedy Program or Series at the 10th Canadian Screen Awards, for the debut episode of Roast Battle Canada. He has been an organizer of the Underground Comedy Railroad, an all-Black Canadian comedy tour which takes place each year during Black History Month. In 2021, with the tour unable to take place due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada, he created the Unknown Comedy Club, an online streaming platform for comedy performances. He has also had acting roles in the television series The Beaverton, Star Trek: Discovery, Pretty Hard Cases, True Dating Stories, and Roast Battle Canada.

Rodney Ramsey

Rodney Ramsey is an actor, comedian, and producer who approaches his career with the mindset of a mad scientist, using the stage as his laboratory. He has appeared on Kevin Hart's LOL channel, BBC's Summer Comedy event, and starred in projects like "The Division," "Race," and Apple TV's "The Big Cigar." Rodney's unique and experimental approach to comedy has made him a versatile performer across various platforms.In 2012, Rodney co-founded The Underground Comedy Railroad Tour, the first-ever all-Black comedy tour in Canada. This initiative was created to spotlight Black Canadian comedians and share their uniquely Canadian perspectives on race and everyday life with new audiences. Rodney's innovative spirit also extends into virtual reality with The Unknown Theater, which is redefining XR comedy by blending immersive technologies with stand-up, sketch, and improv, further establishing him as a trailblazer in the entertainment industry.

Tamara Shevon

Tamara Shevon is a Toronto-based comic who started her comedic story-telling through wine-coloured glasses in Beijing, China. Since then, she has been blazing through the Toronto scene with her characteristic wit and her lovable ability to flirt with the boundaries of socially acceptable. Tamara has performed stand-up all over China, Canada, and the United States and was second runner-up in the Beijing Comedy Festival. Tamara has performed at Just For Laughs, Just for Laughs Toronto, the Comedy is Art Festival, and was recently featured on Out for Laughs on OutTV. Tamara is the creator and co-host of the Sunday Best Comedy Podcast and the creator and host of ‘Chaotic Good’ a monthly pro comedy show at Comedy Bar. Tamara currently has her debut album 'Purse Wine' and sophomore album ‘Table Wine’ available on bandcamp.com and all other streaming platforms.

Keesha Brownie

A Canadian comedian known for her candid style, blending her Jamaican heritage and Canadian upbringing. Brownie has recently performed on The Massey Hall, NYE comedy show, she can be seen across clubs, colleges, festivals, and theaters, gaining recognition through appearances in the 2019 SiriusXM Top Comic competition, the 2017 Just For Laughs Festival, and a live taping for Kevin Hart's LOL Network. Other credits include JFL42, the 2015 Canadian Comedy Award nominee for Best Female Stand Up, and performances at festivals in New York, Edinburgh, and Toronto.

Emmanuel Lomuro

Emmanuel Lomuro, a Sudanese refugee, was born in Cairo, Egypt before embarking on a life journey that took him to the prairies of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

As one of Canada’s top, young talents, his comedy is a reflection of his journey from young refugee to seasoned performer, blending the poignant with the hilarious.

Emmanuel’s been featured at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Just for Laughs Toronto and with CBC’s LOL Network, SiriusXM and Bell Fibe TV. As an actor his skills have been showcased on CBC's hit TV series, "The Porter."
